Today H.E. Mr. Tanee Sangrat and Mrs. Cholatip travel to Mai Chau district, Hoa Binh provice and delivered masks to villagers to support their efforts to control and prevent the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Royal Thai Embassy, Hanoi, deeply appreciates C.P. Vietnam for the donation of the masks and Craft Link for the coordination and for implementation of projects to support villagers to produce elaborate hand-woven textiles and unique handicraft.

The picturesque Mai Chau district, Hoa Binh, is situated about three-hour drive southwest of Hanoi on the road to Son La and Dien Bien provinces. The area is home to mostly white Thai minority people who still preserve their friendly and peaceful way of life, culture, and language.
