1. Eligible Applicant for Non-Immigrant B Visa
2. Non-Immigrant B Visa Conditions
2.1 Non-Immigrant B Visa is valid for a single entry or multiple entries for business-related purposes only.
2.2 Non-Immigrant B Visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Non-Immigrant B Visa holder will be allowed to stay up to 90 days from the date of entry.
2.3 During the 90-day stay, if Immigrant B Visa holder wishes to leave and re-enter Thailand, he/she is required to apply for a re-entry permit from the Office of Immigration Bureau. (http://www.immigration.go.th)
2.4 Immigrant B Visa holder who wishes to apply for a re-entry permit shall contact the Office of Immigration Bureau for further information. Extension of stay is solely at the discretion of the Immigration officer.
2.5 If the Non-Immigrant B Visa holder breaches the entry conditions, the stay permit will be revoked, and he/she will be prohibited from entering Thailand in the future.
3. Required Documents for Non-Immigrant B Visa application
3.1 Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months
3.2 One completed Visa application form
3.3 One (01) Recent photograph (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.) affixes to the visa application form
3.4 Copies of correspondence with business partners in Thailand
3.5 Documents from inviting company in Thailand
3.5.1 Letter from the inviting company in Thailand with the following details:
(1) Job position
(2) Salary
(3) Employment duration
3.5.2 Corporate documents of the inviting company in Thailand:
(1) Business Registration and Business license; DBD, which has the capital registration not less than THB 2,000,000.-
(2) List of shareholders
(3) Company profile
(4) Details of business operation
(5) Map indicating location of the company
(6) Balance sheet, statement of Income
(7) Taxes requirements: Por Por 20 (VAT), Por Por 30 (monthly) and Por Ngor Dor 50 (yearly) of the latest year
(8) Name list of foreign workers in the company (name, nationality, position)
(9) Copy of identity card (for Thai national) or passport and work permit (for foreigners) of the Board of Directors or authorised managing director who signed the company’s documents
Note: Copies of company documents must be signed by the Board of Directors or authorised managing director and affixed seal of company on all pages.
3.6 Documents from company in Viet Nam
3.6.1 Letter of guarantee from company/organisation in Viet Nam addressing to the Royal Thai Embassy in Hanoi requesting visa for the Applicant, with the following details:
(1) Name of employee
(2) Position
(3) Contract duration
(4) Schedule of business travel(s) to Thailand
(5) Copy of employment contract of the Applicant in Viet Nam
3.6.2 Corporate documents of company in Viet Nam:
3.7 Evidence of financial status for self-employed Applicant
3.8 Evidence of adequate finance
3.9 Copy of round-trip air ticket
3.10 Copy of accommodation/hotel reservation in Thailand
3.11 Copy of Vietnamese Residence Card – For applicant applying for multiple entries visa, he/she shall provide a copy of Vietnamese Residence Card with more than 1 year validity.
3.12 Additional requirements for certain countries
(1) National of certain countries (click) are required to apply for visa in person only at the Thai Embassy or Consulate-General at their home or country of residence.
(2) For Applicants of the said countries, who are residing in Vietnam and a holder of the Vietnamese Residence Card and/or Work Permit, are able to apply for visa at the Royal Thai Embassy in Hanoi, by providing a copy of the Vietnamese Temporary/Permanent Residence Card, Work Permit with legalisation stamp from the public notary or the Consular Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam in Hanoi, as well as required documents as per link in poin 3.12 (1).
